Each Next Step workshop retreat is limited to seven participants, in which one slot is allocated for each of the following geographic regions: North America, Middle East, Europe, Africa, South Pacific, Asia, and Latin America. The Next Step workshop retreat international rotation schedule is as follows:

In advance of registering to attend one of the rotating international Next Step workshop retreats, you are asked to engaged in self directed study and reflection, and to prepare a short video to submit through the registration process. As part of your self directed study you are asked to read the Neutral Advocacy blog, which is offered to help with envisioning a shared framework for understanding among the workshop attendees. In addition, you are asked to listen to and view the audiobooks and video programming referenced under the SELF STUDY page. After reflecting upon these sources and your personal story, you are asked to record a video (not to exceed 15 minutes), describing your calling and journey to live in and be a cause of peace in the world,
A nonprofit co-op contribution in the amount of $2,500 is required for each Next Step workshop retreat (US dollars) for which you register to attend. The nonprofit contribution covers your at-cost lodging and meals expenses. You are asked to make a 10 percent deposit ($250) at the time of each registration submission, and to submit the balance of your contribution ($2,250) within 10 days after receiving your workshop placement confirmation for each workshop for which you submit a registration form and receive a reserved placement. You are responsible for your transportation related expenses to attend the workshop.
