I am engaged in a private mediation and arbitration practice through a limited liability corporation, and through academic appointment, I engage in research, consultation and transformative mediation in the areas of conflict resolution in the formation of public policy relating to social exclusion, inclusive democracy, complex interdependence and sustainable socioeconomic development.
In the latter capacity, I engage in neutral advocacy and consult through transformative mediation with local, national and international governmental bodies, and NGOs to develop and implement transformative solutions to public policy conflicts. I believe that the best way to achieve sustainable society is to promote inclusion and equity as civic engagement processes that enable capacity within actors in dispute to engage in consensus building over the formation and implementation of public policies.
